• 10 years US Components, President & COO and SVP Pro Build East, with growth from 3 plants to 16 plants with over 1000 employees
• Created first outsource team to India for truss design in 2003 using MiTek software to over 70 staff.
• 6 years of design, sales, truss and business for Verona Lumber, WI - His first stint in the business
• Past President, Board of Directors, of the Wisconsin Truss Mfg Assoc.  Mid-Atlantic Truss Mfg Assoc.
• Past Board of Directors,  SBCA national truss association
